The plant was founded on October 23, 1916 as state-owned Ekaterinburg Refinery. Today, EZOCM JSC is a part of the Renova Group and one of Russia’s leaders in the production and processing of precious metals. The plant performs the full range of operations for processing, refining and manufacturing of industrial products made of gold, silver and platinum group metals. Over 1,200 companies in Russia and abroad are EZOCM JSC customers. The product range of the plant includes more than 300,000 precious metal products and industrial-grade alloys.
Today, the plant provides services for customers from more than thirty countries, including India, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Armenia, Bulgaria, Poland, UAE, UK, USA, Iran, Turkey, China, Japan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, etc. At the end of 2015, the bulk of exports went to the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

Ural Plant of Chemical Reagents JSC is one of Russia’s oldest industrial enterprises with an over 76-year history. The plant was founded on October 1, 1930, growing from a pilot plant at the Ural Chemical Engineering Institute (originally Sverdlovsk Reagent Plant). In 1986, construction of the new production facility was completed in the town of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region, where the company is located today.

Ural Plant of Chemical Products LLC was established on October 26, 2015 through reorganization of production facilities of Ural Plant of Chemical Reagents JSC. UPCP LLC is mainly engaged in the production of inorganic chemicals: aluminum, cadmium, nickel, cobalt, silver, vanadium, bismuth, copper, electrolyte compounds for acid and alkaline batteries, as well as low-melting metals and alloys in the form of pellets, rods, State Standard Reference materials, titrants for customers in Russia, CIS countries and Europe.
EZOCM-Energo LLC is a power grid company based in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region, a 100% subsidiary of EZOCM JSC, established in June, 2013 to manage power facilities of the plant and handle all issues related to power supply of its growing production facilities. In addition, the company provides electricity distribution and transmission services, operation of power grids, maintenance of electrical installations, high-voltage testing and measurement services to third parties, powering from its grid a number of major regional companies.
